At Mountain Grown Goods, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every small-batch product we make. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and will gladly work with you if there is a problem with your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our mushroom extracts and other ingestible products, opened or used products cannot be returned or resold for health and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with the seal intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials to help us resolve the issue.

When appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process an approved refund.

Product Results

Individual experiences with functional mushroom products can vary. Because each person's body, lifestyle, and wellness needs are different, Mountain Grown Goods does not guarantee specific results from the use of our products.

Opened or used products cannot be returned based on individual results, taste, preference, or experience.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed. Shipped orders are subject to our standard return policy.
